I wanted to let you know about a project that the students at Davidson elementary are doing to help the environment. They have taken items and recycled them into Christmas ornaments to be used to decorate a Christmas tree at Christmas in Davidson sponsored by our company. They will then have the ornament returned to them to use on their own Christmas tree. I love spreading the news of unique recycling efforts. Please let your staff know if they are at Christmas in Davidson to please go by and see the tree on the green. There will be a contest and they would love your votes.

We have had 290 + people come tour the home this past week. All the donations and proceeds Our Towns Habitat For Humanity.

I will typically spend between 30-45 minutes with individuals walking the home and demonstrating the LEED for Homes principles incorporated into the private residence.

We were fortunate enough to have the Clients open their home for the public before they move into their new custom home this spring.

We are open again this Thursday-Saturday 10- 5pm and again on Sunday 12-5.

Respectfully,

Michael McMillan
Construction Manager & Estimator

I think,
No one can offer more in a Lake Norman, North Carolina planned communities than The Point. Location has 18 miles of shoreline with all or most of the homes on the waterfront or having a water view. 1200 acre community, with cobblestone streets, club facilities, General Store, Village green as a perfect meeting place, a great meeting house for private events, a Lake Club for weddings, as all enjoy an astonishing waterfront view . The community has 6 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, a movie theater, and an exercise room, something for everyone.
